Outriders have no items that you can use to heal yourself.
Unlike most loot shooter and RPG games, Outriders doesn’t offer any healing items. There is an automatic recovery of HP, but this only heals you to a small extent and only if you are not hit.
Instead, here’s how to heal yourself: Each of the four classes of Outriders has its own healing mechanic, which also greatly influences the way you play.

Activate automatic harvesting
