Conscious and subconscious habits shape our daily routine. They dictate how we spend our time and gradually turn into a way of life. Repeating simple actions can significantly change it for the better in a very short period of time. At first glance, they seem insignificant, but the effect from them will not take long to appear.
1. Wake up early. If you find it difficult, find a good reason to do so.
2. Exercise at least 3-5 times a week for 20 minutes.
