You pour out your soul, and the interlocutor glances at notifications – isn’t it a shame? The quality of your life will improve if you make it a rule to ignore the phone when there is an opportunity for valuable live communication.
Criticizing strangers
Sometimes other people’s actions seem illogical to us. But how often do we really have enough information to get angry at them? For example, if a supermarket has only one cash register and the employee is slow in scanning the goods, the problem may not be in the personal qualities of the employees, but in their lack. To endure humiliation
