We have come to the second part of the activities we have prepared to teach and love the true Islamic sciences to our children. We sincerely wish that the love and mercy of Allah will manifest in the little hearts. If we are ready, let’s start right where we left off.
1- Es-Semi (The one who hears all sounds and all conversations)
Allah hears everything, from the buzzing of bees to the footsteps of ants, from the conversation of people to what passes within them.
Activity:
I find ants.
Materials:
A bowl full of soil, Eva, tongs, felt-tip pen, scissors, string and a small jingle bell.
The parent chats with the children about what people can and cannot hear. Then they draw ants on the eva. They cut around them and punch holes, and tie a rattle bell to the end. They tell the child that this bell is the footsteps of the ant. Then the child is blindfolded and tries to find the ants with the tongs in his hand. The child is supported when he needs help. These sounds are talked about again and it is emphasized that the human ear is inadequate.

2- Al-Basir (The One Who Sees Everything, Everywhere and All the Time)
The Creator sees everything, from the chick inside the egg to the spots on the full moon in the sky. He even sees the good and the evil in people.
Activity:
I get super eyes.
Materials:
Jar and jar-sized picture papers, scissors, glue and a flashlight
We talk with the children about the areas our eyes can and cannot see. For example, not being able to see behind the wall or inside the red jar. Then, cut around the jar printout, cut round pieces of paper that do not exceed the size of the jar. Draw and paint pictures of objects or animals as desired on these circles. Then, stick these pictures on the back of the jars. Mix the round pictures so that they are at the bottom. The child is asked to choose a jar and find what is inside. Then, shine the flashlight as in the visual and let them see the objects. We continue according to the child’s interest. Thus, the limitation of the human eye is emphasized in this study.
3 – Al-Hakam (The One Who rules over everything, never does injustice)
This world is mixed, that is, good and evil are side by side. It is mixed, just like the right and the wrong, the weak and the strong are side by side. In this case, Allah decides and gives His judgment without being unfair to anyone.
Activity:
I’m becoming a football referee.
Materials:
Old sheets, scissors and a ball filled with fiber (it is important that it is light)
A referee is chosen among the children by counting. Then they are divided into two groups. This referee is asked to manage the game. However, no one’s rights will be violated and the game will not be disrupted. (Circles where the ball can enter are cut in advance as in the image.) The end of the sheet is held. The goal is to pass the ball into the opponent’s goal by moving the sheet without touching the ball. At the end of the game, the referees are evaluated about their roles.
4- Al-Latif (The One Who knows the most delicate matters with all their details)
It is the Subtle God who teaches the handless and footless caterpillar how to weave silk, the bees how to build honeycombs using the hexagon shape, and the spiders how to weave delicate geometric webs.
Activity:
I play by weaving spider webs.
Materials:
Perforated basket, rope, small plastic ball.
As seen in the image, ropes are passed into the basket from opposite sides. Then it is hung up with a rope. Then the ball is thrown into the basket, that is, towards the nets, from a long distance. The goal is to make the balls enter the nets.

5- Al-Khabir (The one who knows the inner side of everything. The one who is aware of all the news)
No one can hide from Allah. No one can hide anything from Allah. He knows both the evil thinkers and the good thinkers, but Allah loves children very, very much. Because evil does not come from their hearts.
Activity:
I’m preparing a letter.
Materials:
Letter printout and scissors
It is mentioned that the letter is a means of communication and that once the letter is sealed, no one but God will know what is inside the letter. The letter is printed out, colored and cut around it.

6- Al-Halim (The One Who does not punish immediately even though He has the power to punish)
Allah, who is never in a hurry in any of His works, is not in a hurry in punishing His servants who commit evil. He gives them the opportunity and time to realize their mistakes and regret them.
Warning:
It is stated in the hadith: “As responsibility is removed from three people, one of them is children until they reach puberty.” (D4398 Abu Dawud, Hudud, 17) We should adopt this hadith as a principle and avoid harsh and severe practices that will alienate children from religion.
Activity:
Our duty is danger, our duty is danger.
Materials:
Materials from nature (cones, leaves and stones in different sizes/colors)
A task that children may find difficult is chosen. For example, a mandala can be made with materials in nature. It is explained to the child that this game will be played in two rounds. In the first round, the parent constantly intervenes, while in the second round, it is emphasized that there will be no intervention. At first, the parent makes a mandala as in the visual. Then, the parent asks the child to make the same mandala. In the first round, the parent intervenes every time the child makes a mistake. In the second round, the parent does not intervene and asks the child to find his own mistake. The game can be continued as desired.

7- Al-Azîm (The One whose everything is infinitely great and perfect)
God is great, so great that everything we know as great is infinitely small in comparison to Him. Moreover, God does His work in such a perfect order that even if all scientists got together, they could not make an atom or a cell.
Activity:
I’m preparing the volcanic mountain.
Materials:
Watercolor paint, water, drawing paper and a straw.
First, the majesty and characteristics of the mountains are discussed. Then, mountains that erupt lava are mentioned. God planned his work so perfectly that he grew potatoes from the dormant volcanic soil. He only grew potatoes from the soil so that the children would not have to go without French fries for breakfast. (Appropriate language for the egocentric period of a 3-6 year old child) Then, a large mountain is drawn on paper. A little watery red paint is applied to the upper part of the mountain. Lava erupting motifs are created by blowing this red with a straw. (Care should be taken so that the child does not inhale the paint.)
8- Al-Ghafûr (The One who covers and forgives the faults of His servants)
When we make a mistake, we do not want anyone to see it. Allah, the Most Gracious, covers up the faults of His servants just as a blanket makes toys invisible, and then forgives them.
Activity:
I cover it like a blanket.
A game is played for 3 days among the family. The duration of this game may vary depending on the age and interest of the child. If someone from the family makes a mistake, they do not say anything to the person who made the mistake, but just say, “I became a blanket, I covered them.” The game continues like this, and when the game time is over, they only talk to the person who made the mistake about their mistake. During this time, they should talk with compassion and empathy. “I get very uncomfortable/angry/sad when you do this behavior.”

9- Ash-Shakur (The One Who gives many gifts to those who are grateful to Him)
We cannot finish counting God’s blessings. Contrary to popular belief, blessings are not limited to food and drink. These include spouses, friends, relatives, companions, the sky, and rain. We should be grateful for each one individually.
Activity:
I’m preparing an umbrella of gratitude.
Materials:
Umbrella, rope, blue teardrop shaped cardboard papers, scissors and stapler.
The parent chats with the child about blessings. A blessing is written/drawn on each raindrop. Then a prayer of gratitude is added to it: “Thank you God for creating milk that I can sip and drink; Thank you God for giving me a friend to play with until I get tired.” After these phrases are added to the drops, they are hung on a rope as in the image. We can hang this umbrella in a corner and add notes or read it here later when it comes to our minds.

10- Al-Hafiz (The Protector, The Preserver)
God preserves and protects the characteristics of a tree in its seed; the characteristics of a duck in its egg; and the characteristics of the human body in its cell. This is how He preserves everything.
Activity:
I’m doing a pine cone experiment
Materials:
Pine cones with open wings, magnifying glass, cold water, paper and felt-tip pens in different sizes.
First, the pine cones are examined with a magnifying glass. The paper is divided into two with a line. Predictions are drawn/written before and after the experiment. They are asked to draw the predictions before the experiment on the paper about what will happen when the pine cones are put in water. Then they are put in water and waited for a while. During this time, songs or finger games that are already in our memory (thanks to God who also preserves the information in our memory) can be played. Then, after the experiment, they are asked to draw these observations on the other side of the paper by chatting. Thus, it is concluded that the pine cone closes its wings in cold water to protect the buds inside.
With the prayer that it will be beneficial and all. With peace…
